Straps

The BOA WINCH® can be used with all standard strap models up to 4" (10.2 cm) wide.

Chains

One of the many advantages of the BOA WINCH® is that it replaces the need for chain binders when used with our 3’ straps (BOA-S303-A1010). It allows perpendicular securing of loads using chains when required.

Steel cables

The BOA WINCH® is compatible with cables of a diameter up to ¼ ’’ (0.635 cm).
It is possible to adapt it for larger cable diameters upon request.

A unique patented mechanism

The BOA WINCH® uses a worm gear for which the company has a worldwide patent. This revolutionary mechanism considerably reduces the effort required to securely tiedown a load.

As a result, because it allows an uniform tension and greater precision on all straps, regardless of the load, securing a load is much faster.

Compared to traditional winch bars, the BOA WINCH® system’s handle eliminates the risk of accidents related to strap kickback or winch bar accidents.

  • The superior mechanical efficiency of the BOA WINCH® is explained by the use of its gear system that multiplies the force thanks to its worm gear system at a ratio of 22:1.
  • BOA WINCH® are coated with Dacromet® to provide the best resistance against corrosion.
  • BOA WINCH® meet or exceed industry standards: WSTDA, Canadian Standard 905 and DOT standard.
  • The BOA WINCH® is offered in different models that adapt to any type of trailer using C or Double-L model rails.
  • BOA WINCH® are offered in silver color and are also available, on special order, in five other attractive colors: blue, red, yellow, green, army green.
